Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain how trials, auto-renewing subscriptions, paid tiers, and related billing work for Magnetar. These terms apply together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Trial
Magnetar may offer a free trial, discounted trial, introductory offer, or promotional subscription offer. The availability, length, price, and conditions of any trial or offer are shown before you confirm the purchase.
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or introductory period, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID payment method may be charged for the subscription period shown on the purchase screen.
2. Subscription
Magnetar subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. The billing period may be weekly, monthly, yearly, or another period shown to you at the time of purchase.
Subscription benefits, usage limits, included features, model availability, task limits, credit amounts, and premium tiers may vary by plan and may be described in the app, purchase screen, App Store listing, or promotional offer.
3. Payment Method
Purchases made in the Magnetar iOS app are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to the Apple ID payment method you use at confirmation of purchase. You authorize Apple to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and renewal amounts according to Apple's payment terms.
Magnetar does not receive or store your full payment card number. Apple controls payment processing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling for App Store purchases.
4. Cancellation
Canceling a subscription disables future automatic renewal, but you will keep access to paid subscription features until the end of the then-current paid period, unless Apple or applicable law provides otherwise.
Deleting the app, deleting your Magnetar account, signing out, or deleting content does not cancel your subscription. You alone can manage your Apple subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store subscription settings.
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current subscription period. You can learn more about managing and canceling Apple subscriptions on Apple's support page: support.apple.com/en-us/118428.
5. Changes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and Apple App Store rules, subscription prices, plans, features, limits, and offers may change. If a price changes, Apple or Magnetar will provide notice where required. If you do not want to continue at the new price or under the updated terms, you should cancel before the change takes effect.
6. Refunds
Refund requests for purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase must be submitted to Apple. Apple determines refund eligibility according to Apple's policies and applicable law. To request a refund, follow Apple's support instructions: support.apple.com/en-us/118223.
Except where required by applicable law or Apple policy, subscription fees and purchases are not refundable for partially used billing periods, unused time, or unused subscription features.
7. Restore Purchases
If your active subscription does not appear in Magnetar, use the restore purchases option in the app, confirm that you are signed in with the correct Apple ID, and make sure your subscription is active in your Apple ID settings.
