Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Magnetar account and associated app data.

In the App

Open Magnetar, go to Settings, and use the account or data controls available for your signed-in account.

By Email

Email support@magnetar.chat from the email associated with your account and include “Delete my Magnetar account” in the subject line.

What May Be Deleted

Account records, chat history, uploaded files, generated media, and related user data may be deleted unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or payment-record purposes.
